These incredibly small pitons were a mystery to me for several years. They have no markings or manufacturing stamps and I have never found another example quite so small.
Recently I noticed a Supertopo forum post by Steve Grossman which featured an Eiger catalog with (what I think are) these Clog pitons. They seemed to have been made in both a flat and an offset version.
