Wow. This ad makes some interesting claims. My question is this: “why would climbers even need bottled oxygen if simply drinking Tender Leaf Tea could boost the oxygen in your blood by so much?” Hmm… I think the FDA might have something to say about this ad.
You’re right about the claims–they include percents! That would never fly now without a lawsuit or two. Oxygen must equal caffeine? I like the ‘more aroma’ claim too!
We live in a litigious world. The FDA might find fault with their claims… unless they call it “organic” then just about anything goes.
